My grandmother suffered a stroke and is still suffering from some of the post-stroke conditions. Although the majority of the time someone is with her, I still worry about her safety. I decided she needed a medical emergency alert system, something that she could use to call a family member if she was concerned about something or more importantly she could use it to call 911 if there was an emergency. After doing research, I decided to contact Amanda with Dillard Alarm Company to ask for a free estimate. She made an appointment with me for Jerry to come visit our home and access our situation.
After Jerry visited and did a thorough assessment he told me he would email the estimate to me for the equipment and services. I received the estimate by email within a few days.
