Once we have received a signed proposal someone from our office will reach out to you. After we have received your deposit of 50% we can get you on the schedule for installation. The day of your installation the technician will arrive with all the necessary tools and equipment, They will get everything hooked up as requested/proposed to best fit your needs, then test the system to make sure everything is working correctly. Once they are completed they will make sure you are aware of all the features your system has and as well as give you a tutorial on how to use your new system.

Our Central Station has staff monitoring your commercial space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year standing ready to dispatch the correct personnel based on the type of alarm triggered.  For example, in case of smoke, emergency fire personnel will be immediately dispatched to your secured space.

When your security system is triggered, a signal goes directly through to the central station, who not only dispatch the necessary emergency personnel, but they also will call to notify you about the trigger.

No worries, accidents happen! When your alarm goes off the signal goes straight through to the central station who not only dispatches the necessary personnel, but they also will call to notify you about the emergency. When you get the call just tell them it’s a false alarm or if assistance is needed as well as what your verbal password is. Once the correct password is provided the central station will record the alert as a false alarm, and you’re all set!
At Dillard, we know pets are family, too.  We will add notes to your account to make sure first responders are aware of all animals in the house to keep them safe during any emergency call.
