Installation runs between $99-$349, if choosing a basic package. If none of our home security packages work for you please contact us to set up a proposal so we can make sure you have a system that will fit your needs better. Monthly fees vary from $27-$60 month plus any add-ons you’d like.

Once we have received a signed proposal someone from our office will reach out to you. After we have received your deposit of 50% we can get you on the schedule for installation. The day of your installation the technician will arrive with all the necessary tools and equipment, They will get everything hooked up as requested/proposed to best fit your needs, then test the system to make sure everything is working correctly. Once they are completed they will make sure you are aware of all the features your system has and as well as give you a tutorial on how to use your new system.

Our Central Station has staff monitoring your commercial space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year standing ready to dispatch the correct personnel based on the type of alarm triggered.  For example, in case of smoke, emergency fire personnel will be immediately dispatched to your secured space.

When your security system is triggered, a signal goes directly through to the central station, who not only dispatch the necessary emergency personnel, but they also will call to notify you about the trigger.

No worries, accidents happen! When your alarm goes off the signal goes straight through to the central station who not only dispatches the necessary personnel, but they also will call to notify you about the emergency. When you get the call just tell them it’s a false alarm or if assistance is needed as well as what your verbal password is. Once the correct password is provided the central station will record the alert as a false alarm, and you’re all set!
At Dillard, we know pets are family, too.  We will add notes to your account to make sure first responders are aware of all animals in the house to keep them safe during any emergency call.

Dillard Alarm can deliver a custom security quote for your business in as little as 2-4 business days after a site survey.  Your installation will be booked within 2-3 weeks of receiving a signed proposal and a down payment of 50%.

Each installation is different, but a typical commercial alarm system can be installed in 1-3 days, depending on the size of your secured commercial space. 

Once your alarm system is installed and connected to our central station, your system will be monitored 24/7/365. Any time an alarm is triggered the signal is immediately sent out, and the central station will dispatch the necessary personnel.
Our typical service agreement is 36 months, but depending on circumstances we can do shorter terms.
